Ingredients
½ cup vegetable oil …[$0.19]
½ cup brown sugar …[$0.24]
½ cup white granulated sugar …[$0.15]
4 large eggs …[$0.92]
2 cups milk …[$0.46]
½ cup cookie butter …[$1.20]
2 tsp baking powder …[$0.08]
2 tsp cinnamon …[$0.08]

Instructions
- Lightly grease a 8×8 casserole dish.
- Combine all ingredients except for oats and raisins in a large bowl. Stir for a few minutes until all combined. Pour in oats and raisins then stir until everything is mixed evenly.
- Pour mixture in greased casserole dish, cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 °F and bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
